Driver with own car – Mileage paid. * Guaranteed Commission for the first Four months as kick start pipeline * 5-day week (1 Saturday off each month) * Must have a minimum 2 year’s industry experience and have valued/listed properties. * On-going training Modules (in-house and location based) * Car owner/clean licence * Nest Pension offered. Our client is a dynamic estate agency based in. They are currently looking for a confident Sales Negotiator to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced candidate to join a small team and become part of a proactive firm with a growing reputation. You will be working largely at the mid to high end of the market. Tasks include: * Arranging and attending viewings and managing daily enquiries * Booking valuations and photoshoots * Negotiating and progressing offers through to completion. * Servicing the applicant database * Proactively sourcing new business opportunities * Building relationships with new and existing client * The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience in Estate Agency * Knowledge of the local area and a full UK driving licence with their own car.
