Position: Older persons healthcare assistant Location: Nottingham Shifts: Half days and Long days Responsibilities: * Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility. * Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of residents. * Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualised care plans are followed. * Maintain accurate documentation of observations and activities. Requirements: * 1 year previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant. * Compassionate and person-centred approach to care. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively within a small care home setting.
