Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Building Services Engineer to carry out general building maintenance works, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs. As a key member of our team, you will ensure our venues remain in prime condition and provide exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct general building maintenance and repairs. * Perform scheduled PPM tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency. * Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests. * Work primarily in central London, servicing commercial Venues. * Participate in the call-out rota (1 in 5) with additional compensation.
