Office Administration Swanage, £-25,000

As Office Administration t you'll be an integral part of the team within a local prestigious solicitor firm with multiple practices across the BCP area.

Situated with the Swanage branch, as Office Administration you'll provide support within the Wills, Trust and Probate department as well providing other general administrative support.

Office Administration responsibilities: -

  • To deal with enquiries and book appointments for the team
  • Assisting with clients, taking telephone calls and taking messages or providing assistance wherever possible
  • Assisting with in the personal organisation of fee earners and manage their diaries
  • Sending and processing invoices
  • Typing of documentation & audio typing
  • Provide general secretarial support to help progress client files

Office Administration Skills & Experience required: -

  • Previous administrative/secretarial support experience ideally within a legal firm or professional services dealing with clients of high net work
  • Strong accuracy skills
  • The ability to efficiently manage and organise a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong typing and audio typing skills
  • A positive and friendly outlook
