About The CompanyHeriot Brown is recruiting for a permanent Senior Legal Counsel role with a luxury international beauty brand.About The RoleAs Senior Legal Counsel you will play a key role in providing legal support and guidance to the business on Corporate & Commercial matters.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate extensive knowledge of commercial and contract law.Provide expert advice on corporate and tax structuring, shareholder matters, corporate governance, and managing company incorporation's across various countries.Lead new company incorporation's globally, collaborating with Finance, Tax, and Commercial teams.Assist with market expansion, new marketing launches, and drafting commercial contracts: retail and distribution agreements, leases, store design, and marketing/PR agreements.Advise on anti-trust issues within the retail sector as needed.QualificationsQualified solicitor in England & Wales with a strong background in corporate and commercial lawMinimum of 8 years of legal experienceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Highly desirable: experience in-house with an international retail business.
