Job Title: Service Desk Engineer (12 month fixed term contract)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000

The Role:
Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions.
The Candidate:
Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of MS Client operating systems
MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, SharePoint
The Package:
Base salary: up to £30,000
25 days annual leave
