Trainer
Salary: £26,460 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews
Based at HMP Ranby - Multi-site travel required on occasion
If Successful you will be responsible for supporting Participant Development; providing a full learning & development service, as determined by internal & external contractual requirements.
What you will be doing:
Providing a full learning & development service for participants
Assisting in planning, delivering and evaluation of training projects and training on a one-to-one and group basis in support of these objectives
Regularly liaising with Senior Evolution Wing Staff & other key stakeholders
To be successful you will require:
Previous Training experience
Strong organisational & communication skills
The ability to deliver short and tailored interventions to address barriers within a given timeframe
