Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the Online trading strategy for .com Primarily web, mobile web and app, you will own the trading and content plan for each channel and ensure the customer experience is consistent and optimised to deliver against the commercial trading plan. Leadership of ecommerce trading & wider eCommerce team to drive on site revenue in line with business objectives.Oversee the trading calendar and objectives for UK, INTL and US websitesMonitoring key metrics, analysing sales data to identify and act on trends and opportunities on site.Managing the ecommerce budget, forecasting revenue and expenses in line with internal finance timelines. Making strategic decisions to optimise profitability and return on investment.Work closely with marketing, technical & design leads to ensure optimised customer journey and correct functionality across all sites. Including – website navigation, content optimisation, merchandising strategy About you..5+ years’ experience as an eCommerce Trading Manager in a direct to consumer eCommerce brand, ideally with experience across the UK and USA Fully operational experience of Salesforce with technical capabilityWorking knowledge of demand creation and optimisation of inbound traffic channels from Organic, Earned, Paid Media & CRM;Able to work in a high-performance environment and deliver against challenging deadlines;
