SC Cleared Product Manager (MS Dynamics Delivery)/Technical Lead- 5 months+ £700-850pd Inside IR35- Hybrid working (London)

Looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of MS Dynamics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a specific focus on managing the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of MS Dynamics across various business units.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Ownership:

  • Own the product roadmap for MS Dynamics implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.

Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MS Dynamics 365 projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT, development teams, and clients to define and prioritize requirements.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and actionable development tasks.

Feature Prioritization:

  • Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development team, architects, and QA to ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet the desired business outcomes.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

  • Oversee the UAT process to ensure the delivered product meets the expectations of users and aligns with the agreed specifications.

Change Management:

  • Assist in change management and user training efforts to ensure successful adoption of MS Dynamics solutions.

Reporting & Monitoring:

  • Track key metrics related to the performance and success of the Dynamics implementation, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas of improvement in product delivery processes, advocating for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.


Required Skills and Experience:


Proven Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years working on MS Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP platforms.

Technical Acumen:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, features, and capabilities.

Project Management Skills:

  • Experience managing large-scale software delivery projects, particularly in enterprise settings, using methodologies like Agile and Scrum.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex business and technical challenges and propose solutions.

Leadership:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tools Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and Dynamics 365 customizations.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications or other relevant product management certifications are a plus.
