Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum Industry: Online Retail/Private Equity-backed Company Overview: Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering a highly innovative and fast growing PE backed organisation. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a talented and driven Finance Manager to join the team and lead the financial operations during this exciting growth phase. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Produce monthly management accounts and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements and manage the year-end audit process. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liaise with the private equity investors to ensure alignment on financial goals. Lead a small finance team and provide mentorship to junior team members. Work closely with the senior leadership team to support business growth and investment strategies. Implement and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Key Requirements: Fully qualified audit trained (top 6) accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a strong background in finance management. Previous experience in a Private Equity-backed environment or a high growth SME is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing finance teams and driving financial performance in a high-growth business. Strong technical accounting knowledge and a hands-on approach to financial management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present financial information clearly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
