This role is heavily focused on Power BI development and is part of an Agile team dedicated to building cutting-edge data visualization products. About the Role: As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will join the Analytics Engineering team where you will take ownership of delivering data products using Microsoft Power BI and MS Fabric . You’ll work closely with data architects , data engineers , and data analysts to design and build structured, high-impact data visualizations that inform key business decisions, particularly in underwriting and reinsurance . Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of data products using Power BI and data modeling techniques. Work in an Agile squad , driving the delivery of data products within the context of an Agile DevOps workflow. Collaborate with data architects and data engineers to ensure structured and standardized data visualizations. Apply engineering standards and best practices to create scalable and maintainable data products. Conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to design methodologies. Deliver high-quality data products for the finance and underwriting squads , particularly focused on reinsurance . What We’re Looking For: Senior-level experience in Microsoft Power BI and data modeling . Proven ability to drive the development and delivery of data visualization products in a structured and standardized way. Experience working in Agile workflows and within DevOps teams. Strong understanding of engineering standards and best practices in data product development. Previous experience working within financial services , insurance , or reinsurance sectors is a plus. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with data architects , data engineers , and business stakeholders . Why Join?
