Joiner

Morson are looking for Joiners to join the team on behalf of one of our clients in Barrow. These contracts are initially 12 months with a strong likelihood of extension.  You must have some industrial joinery knowledge and experience of submarine /shipbuilding construction would be an advantage. What you will be doing: Fabricate, assemble, install, or repair wooden or composite items to standard including the use of fixed and portable woodworking machines. Skills: Understanding Relevant Trade Drawings Cut & Fit Dampa Ceiling Tiles Installation of Ceiling Framework & Tiles Framing Out Dexion Angle, Fitting Dexion Frames, Cut & Fit Alucore Panels & Collar IWO Cut Outs Mark Off, Cut & Install Bulkhead Linings/Channels Cut & Fit Alucore Bulkheads Shifts can vary and you must be flexible. Predominant shift patterns 3 on 4 off and nights: 3 on 4 off - Locals: £23.28 PAYE       Non locals: £31.28 PAYE       (Umbrella rates also available) Nights - Locals: £25.80 PAYE      Non locals: £33.80 PAYE (Umbrella rates also available) You will need to live 40 miles or more to be classed as a non local Full rate card available on request These are immediate starts subject to gaining full security clearance.
