As the Process Lead, you'll drive the evolution and governance of key processes across our Sales and Aftermarket business units. Your mission is to design, implement, and refine global control frameworks, ensuring seamless qualification and data management for both existing and new accounts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll identify pain points, uncover opportunities, and lead initiatives that enhance our operations. Your strategic insight will shape global processes, aligning them with our company's objectives. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll support Lean Process initiatives, manage change requests, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, driving the company toward operational excellence.This role is open to being based from either our Slough, Manchester or Morton Grove site, working Monday to Friday normal office hours. This may involve but is not limited to the qualification and data management activities for existing and new accounts and the development and implementation of global control frameworks and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging key stakeholders to identify pain points, strengths, and areas for enhancement. With your strategic vision, you'll design global processes and solutions that align with our company's overarching strategyWork with the Sales and Aftermarket teams to identify the priorities within the entire process lifecycle. Encompassing Lean Process Improvement opportunities, E2E design process definitions and solutions as well as supporting all Continuous Improvement projects within the teamDevelop and implement a global qualification process for potential global accounts, including the establishment of criteria, metrics, and KPIs for evaluating potential opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, including data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance teams, and legal to align with the overall business objectivesPrepare and present regular reports on the performance of the qualification to senior leadership including actionable insights and recommendations for improvementCreate processes and controls to manage change requests. Manage and resolve divergences to standard processAble to critically review existing processes; make recommendations for rationalisation and improvement and implement them operationally.The Individual Accredited bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights and to use that to drive the broader strategy.Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholdersExperience working with CRM systems, data visualisation tools, and other relevant technologiesDiversity Clause We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
