Job Reference Number: 2351Company Description:A distinguished property development and investment company focused on delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across London.Role Description:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and remain within approved limits.Oversee the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Relevant years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, with a strong background in managing both commercial and residential projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
