This organization are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer with experience in the industry to join their expanding Glasgow office. This company has a low staff turnover rate and provides you with the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging, and high-end multi-million pound projects.Your new roleEnforce high standards of safety and quality on your site(s)Manage all resources, including labor, plant, materials, and supply chainLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersPrepare and review technical specifications, drawings, calculations, and reportsSupervise and mentor junior engineers and techniciansEnsure compliance with all regulations and best practicesWork in mixed collaborative teams to deliver major projectsAdd value to projects through innovation and value managementWhat You'll Need To SucceedA relevant degree/qualifications to Building Services Engineering5+ years of experience managing projects and M&E design teamsKnowledge of various MEP Design software tools/ability to perform design reviewsSupport internal M&E Design teams with the delivery of projectsensure client satisfaction through high quality execution of planned/reactive maintenance workInput into innovation; continual improvement of services and productsSupport the wider teams by providing technical support and maintenance management dutiesMeet target KPIs on WIP management including HIWCoordinate with other disciplines and subcontractorsBusiness Development and Client Care awareness, effectively managing relationshipsManage and mentor graduates and junior engineersWhat You'll Get In ReturnThe opportunity to work with exclusive, high-end clients.A competitive salary: £42,000 to £52,000 DOE34 days of holiday6% pensionYearly salary reviewsLife insurance (5x salary)Friday 4pm finishExtra holidays availableA laptop, monitor, and phone are provided for home-working.What You Need To Do NowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
