The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, and be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry, then we want to hear from you Country Sales Manager - United Kingdom Responsibilities Achieving the company's business goals and managing business operations in the area of United Kingdom. Collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives. Developing opportunities for expansion of business. Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency. Researching and analyzing market opportunities, identifying potential customers, developing business proposals and adapting strategies accordingly. Developing and executing business plans, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation. Planning and supervising the budget and reporting business results to the headquarters. Implementing marketing and commercial activities to increase sales. Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times. Building professional relationships with clients, business partners and institutions. Negotiating contracts with clients / suppliers and ensuring optimal commercial conditions. Ensuring the company's operations comply with local regulations and ethical standards. Building a market supply chain. Cooperating with distributors. Working on MBO and KPI. Negotiating with IKA / top clients. Recruiting and hiring of employees to the team. Managing a team of employees and coordinating their activities in accordance with the company's strategy. Requirements And Skills 3 years’ proven experience in a similar position; preferably in the FMCG area. Knowledge of the country market. Experience in team management. Negotiation and business decision-making skills. Very good interpersonal and presentation communication. Ability to set and achieve business goals. Knowledge of English at a proficiency level. Responsibility and independence in action. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
