Product Manager - EV Charging - London - Hybrid WFH - £50k to £70k + (bonus/benefits)One of our key clients specialising in EV Charging is hiring a Product Manager to work for their business based in London.Key Skills & Experience:Experience in EV charging or a related or comparable B2B/B2C sector such as Energy transition, Telecoms, Leisure & Hospitality.Comfortable leading and developing software developers to build solutions where required for the product/service.Experience of working within a scaleup environment would be a plus.At least 3-5 years Product Management experience is a must.Proven experience of project management.Key Responsibilities:Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to shape product and service strategies, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative.Develop and manage existing products and services, including platforms and client-facing solutions, to enhance user experience and client engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance across key portfolios through marketing, pricing, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.Work closely with data analysts to assess product performance, customer behaviour, and feedback, using insights to refine features and pricing strategies.Serve as a product advocate to promote awareness and understanding of product offerings internally and externally.Align product development with budget plans and assess potential returns on investment.Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, including adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.If this is of interest please apply on LinkedIn or email [email protected]
