KEY INFORMATION Reason for vacancy - Continued growth Contract - Permanent Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Holidays - 26 days + Bank Holidays rising to 31 days with loyalty days + BH Hybrid – Yes, Possible hybrid working of 3 days in the office – 2 days at home Our client is a leading engineering and environmental consultancy providing multidisciplinary services to the property, infrastructure, energy, sustainability and environmental markets around the world. Due to an increasing and diverse workload an opportunity has arisen for a sustainability consultant to join our clients established team as an Energy Consultant / SAP Assessor. Essential Skills Required: Qualified OCDEA Experience using Elmhurst Design SAP Experience with GLA planning requirements. Competent undertaking U-value calculations Experience with high rise residential SAP assessments. Experience with reviewing photographs for BREL sign-off Desirable Skills Required: Experience with IESVE for non-residential Experience in Trisco/other thermal bridging software Qualified LCEA assessor (L5) & experience with Part L calculations Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc) Working knowledge of associated BREEAM analyses / reporting (eg HEA04, ENE01, ENE04)
