Job Title: Fund Administration (Wealth Management) Location: London OR Basildon Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week), flexible / hybrid. The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administrator with experience coordinating with Authorised Corporate Directors (ACDs). You will manage ACD relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee fund administration processes. Required Skills & Qualification: Strong experience in fund administration or investment operations, ideally within asset management or financial services. Proven track record in managing third-party relationships, particularly with ACDs. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (IMC, CFA, etc.) are advantageous. In-depth knowledge of UK regulations related to fund administration.
