Teaching Assistant

Tradewind recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Agency Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the learning and development of students across year groups in a lovely Primary School located in Dudley. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students. Responsibilities: Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and providing support to students Running targeted interventions to support students who require additional assistance Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Supporting the development of student's social, emotional and academic skills Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Requirements: A minimum of a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a related subject such as childcare, education or health and social care Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different year groups and subjects A strong commitment to supporting the needs of all students, including those with SEN Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team We offer: Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in a variety of schools A supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression Competitive rates of pay If you are passionate about education and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
