Nightshift Supervisor - Assembly

Are you an apprentice trained engineer with experience managing a team and looking for a permanent night shift? We have a position for a Nightshift Assistant Supervisor to join our client, an engineering manufacturer in Leeds. In this role, you will be working alongside another supervisor and will be managing a team of fitters, machinists, and production engineers. You will be ensuring the production schedule is adhered to and resolving any issues that may arise. A good knowledge of Health and Safety will be required, along with the ability to motivate and mentor the team. The role will be a split of managing the team and production and also "hands on" work so candidates from a fitting or assembly background will be of particular interest. Working Monday to Thursday on nights and a 37 hour week with overtime available.
