Job Title: SHEQ ManagerLocation: Sheffield, HybirdSalary Range: £40,000 - £50,000Who are Bulb Resourcing?Based in Bristol, Bulb Resourcing are your recruitment experts for roles in IT and Professional Services.To find out more about Bulb Resourcing visit www.bulbresourcing.comWho are we representing?Bulb Resourcing are representing a growing and ambitious business that specialises in supplying fixed line and wireless telecoms servicesThey have been involved in very successful high profile wireless and fixed network deployments throughout the UK, Europe and internationally.What do they look for in a SHEQ Manager?The SHEQ Manager (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) will assist with the implementation, development and improvement of the Company Management System relating to Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality.They will advise and guide all staff both internal and sub-contractor working on projects with regards to the implementation of the SHEQ policies and procedures.As a SHEQ Manager you will:Deliver Construction Phase Plans for company projects and submit to clients under CDM regs.To work with all staff to ensure risk assessments are prepared and reviewed as necessary and assist with their preparation if necessary.Support the Managers/Directors in the production, review and implementation of the relevant Project Management Plans and Safety, Health Environmental & Quality documentation.Ensure that monthly/quarterly Health & Safety inspections are carried out.To liaise with client representatives in relation to SHEQ management.Develop new and improve existing SHEQ processes throughout the business.Ensure SHEQ compliance throughout business.Assist the business with SHEQ compliance during bid and tender process.Production of weekly/monthly reports capturing the SHEQ issues and proactively making recommendations for improvements.Identify training requirements for the team with regards to SHEQ.Create and lead training for SHEQ requirements.Must work to client and company Quality, Health & Safety processes, and proceduresWhat do they look for in you?You should be able to demonstrate experience in the following:NEBOSH General Safety or equivalent.Experienced in managing Health and Safety as a Tier 1 contractor.Experienced with ISO9001, 45001 and 18001What can they offer in return?In addition to a competitive salary the business also offers the following benefits:25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemePrivate medical insuranceWhat's next?If you are interested in the above, please apply using the link provided or email Bulb Resourcing on [email protected]
