Building Fabric / Facilities Maintenance Technician Didcot, Oxfordshire £16.00 - £21.00per hour - Inside IR35 / £31,000 - FTC 6 Month Contract / FTC Monday - Friday (Days) Are you a Building Fabric / Facilities Maintenance Technician looking for your next immediately available, days based, long term contract role where you have the option between a contract or fixed term contract role. The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Oxfordshire area who are world-renowned for the quality of their products. Within this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of my clients site, including but not limited to domestic water checks/flushing, emergency lighting checks, fire alarm checks, safe & legal checks, office furniture & fixture repairs, minor plumbing and possibly minor electrical repairs, machine coolant checks. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a facilities maintenance / building fabric background who is looking for an immediately available, days based, long term contract with a world-renowned company. The Role: Duties include but not limited to: Domestic water checks/flushing, emergency lighting checks, fire alarm checks, safe & legal checks, office furniture & fixture repairs, minor plumbing and possibly minor electrical repairs, machine coolant checks 6 Month contract, potential for extension/lead to perm 7:30am-3:30pm / Monday to Friday Contract role where you're pai by the hour via a Umbrella / Payroll Company or a Fixed Term Contract where you will directly for my client.
