Hire Controller / Service Coordinator / Rental Support Engineer Role:

• Will provide logistical support and organisation of day-to-day operations within the pump rental department.
• Organise transport and transport records to ensure the smooth collection and rental of pump equipment, services and related products/services.
• Will liaise with various engineering departments, for example sales, service, projects, finance, procurement and more to ensure smooth running of branch rental operations.
• Be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.

Hire Controller / Service Coordinator / Rental Support Engineer Requirements:

• Experience as a hire controller, rental controller, rental coordinator, equipment controller, service coordinator, hire coordinator, technical support engineer, logistics planner, transport controller, service planner, rental planner, and or similar administrative support role.
• Will have an administrative, logistical, and support experience ideally within an engineering industry.
• Must have good planning and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various engineering departments
• Any technical knowledge of pumps, pump systems, or related mechanical engineering rental equipment would be highly advantageous.
• Will have an overall strong level of IT competency including to work booking systems, excel spreadsheets and more.
• Must be commutable to the office in Nottingham
