What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI, ML, and LLM projects. Manage a high-performing team of data scientists, fostering collaboration and growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards across all AI/ML initiatives. Build and maintain strong governance and risk management frameworks. Engage with senior leaders to communicate strategies and outcomes. Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation. Lead cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics into business operations for smarter decision-making. Track and monitor AI/ML model performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For A proven leader with experience in managing AI and ML technologies. Experience within Banking or Financial Services Expertise in developing and implementing risk management strategies. Strong people management skills, mentoring junior team members and guiding the AI vision. Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams to deliver innovative solutions. A passion for ethical AI and ensuring all practices meet high compliance standards. Core Responsibilities Define and enforce AI/ML policies, procedures, and best practices. Own the relationship with third-party partners and ensure models meet security and data protection standards. Drive a customer-first culture, improving outcomes and delivering tangible value. Champion continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities within AI/ML projects. Provide regular updates to senior management on AI/ML progress, challenges, and insights.
