This role offers the opportunity to be part of prestigious projects within structured credit and securitization spheres.**Key Responsibilities:**- Designing and executing complex structures involving CLNs (Credit Linked Notes) and repacks.- Crafting innovative solutions for private credit transactions.- Working closely with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to structured finance products.**Required Skills & Expertise:**As this is a VP-level position based either in vibrant London or majestic Madrid, we expect:*Securitization:* Deep understanding of creating financial instruments by combining various debt assets into one consolidated security that can be sold on the capital market.*Structured Credit:* Proficiency in developing intricate financial tools offering customized risk-return objectives tailored to specific investor needs including derivatives like synthetic CDOs (Collateralized Debt Obligations).*CLN Experience:* Demonstrated experience dealing with CLNs where repayments depend upon events such as defaults associated with specified loans or credits reflecting significant acumen handling default risks through these notes.*Repacks Knowledge*: Adeptness at reconstituting cash flows from securities issued by banks/other entities ensuring compliance while maximizing investment returns amidst regulatory frameworks around asset-backed commercial paper programs etc..Private *Credit Insight*: Sound grasp over direct lending outside traditional banking systems focusing primarily towards smaller/mid-sized enterprises highlighting robust analytical capabilities assessing borrower’s credibility without standard public ratings available typically via bond markets etc..We invite candidates who embody resilience, innovation, and strategy development skills pertinent across diverse financing environments.
