Job: CDM Consultant Job Type: Permanent Location: London Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 About our client 1st Select are working with a multidisciplinary consultancy in the South who are looking to add a CDM Consultant to their team covering London and the Home Counties. About the role You will be required to: * Providing advice to Clients and Designers on various aspects of CDM and health and safety compliance. * Conduct site surveys, attending design team and project team meetings and design risk reviews. * Conducting site safety inspections on a variety of sites on behalf of clients or contractors. * Manage a portfolio of projects representing Clients, Principal Designers and other CDM duty holders. What you’ll need * NEBOSH Construction Certificate * NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety * Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a CDM advisor role or construction safety role. * CertIOSH or working towards What’s in it for you * £50,000 - £60,000 salary * Car allowance * Hybrid working * CPD schemes If you’re interested, please apply now
