We are currently recruiting a Project Administrator to join an ambitiously growing contractor in the Essex area. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of project activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and project team communications
  • Track project progress and update project schedules
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and updates
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and team members
  • Provide general administrative support as needed


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project administrator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be in possession of a valid driver's license & own reliable transport
