Corrie Recruitment are looking for a Senior Site Manager for a permanent role with our client working in Peterhead.
Main duties would include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring health and safety standards and regulations are complied with, implementing improvements as required.
- Ensure Site Inductions are implemented and all properly recorded and filed as well as daily briefings.
- Make fundamental decisions regarding operations on site to ensure works are coordinated and efficient.
- Liaise with architects and engineers regarding drawings and specifications and ensure all are kept up-to-date and in good order.
- Efficiently supervising employees and allocating work on a daily basis to ensure all works are carried out efficiently.
- Efficiently & effectively supervising/ensuring the supervision of all non-employees on site - including sub-contractors, agency workers, work experience placements, clients, visitors.
Candidates would be required to have CITB SMSTS Management, CSCS, First Aid and a Driving Licence with Bachelor Degree or Management Qualification from NVQ/SVQ Level 4 being desirable.

Annual salary of £55k Circa with a £550 monthly Car Allowance.
