Senior Estimator

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a small contractor who are looking to build there Estimating division out in the Central London office. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing main contractor working on RC Frame, Fit Out, Demo, Basements, Hotels, Offices, Football stadium projects!! You will be working with a small team and workign along side a Estimating Manager. Salary Ranges between: £70,000 // 85,000 + Travel Allowance. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 5+ years’ experience with a Demo / RC Frame / Fit Out. - Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects. - Proficiency with IT and new software technologies. - Knowledge of various contract forms. - Be able to lead client meetings. - Be able to work in a fast paced office. - Must have UK experience.
