Interim Finance Director

This is a 3-6 month interim Finance Director / Number 1 in Finance job for a high growth, founder led but Private Equity backed business around £10M turnover, outside of IR35.  Ultimately this finance leadership role is one of professionalisation. Your job will be to ensure the systems, processes and financial reporting is fit for Private Equity purposes as well as managing external funders and banks.  You will likely be a career interim with experience as Finance Director, CFO, or Number 1 in finance experience in a PE backed, product based SME. You will definitely be, 'hands on' eager to immerse yourself in a business and ensure the finance function of the business is absolutely fit for purpose. Ideally you will also live local to Leeds as this role will require someone on site almost all of the time - you will work closely with both the Management Team, and the PE house and that constant line of communication will be critical. You will also be able to start quickly - certainly in October! This role offers an excellent day rate, working for a fast scaling business and a high energy management team with an interesting product line
