Seeking a Sales Managerfor our well established, ethical, and high performing Estate Agency group, in Altrincham.
You will need previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency.
Salary £28,000 per annum
Commission - 2%
Working Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-4:30pm)
You MUST have:
- A driving License
- Previous experience as a Valuer in Estate Agency
- An ace sense of humour
- A happy positive can do mindset
- Motivation to do well and self driven
The role:
- You will welcome, register and deal with enquiries (Via phone, email and face-to-face) on a daily basis, accurately and is a caring professional manner
- You will book and conduct viewings in the Bolton area
- Obtain and relay thorough viewing feedback
- Generate new business.
- Book Valuations and conduct valuations on properties in the local area
- Make offers on properties for sale on behalf of your buyer
- Negotiate offers between Vendors and Buyers
- Sales Progression - keep all parties thoroughly informed throughout the buying/ selling process
- Liaise with Solicitors throughout the sales process.
