What you'll be doing; - Develop and maintain solid internal business relationships with customer experience, sales, and operations teams, focusing on customer service and business growth. - Support and gain an understanding of the local sales process. - Shadow customer experience teams to gain an understanding of the department and key activities and attend team meetings. - Support the Head of departments with allocated projects. - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Veolia and identify key contacts through internal networking and placements. - Help provide innovative Veolia solutions to customers and operational teams - Work with sales and operations to improve customer centricity and educate our people. - Learn to nurture and develop relationships with potential customers representing Veolia's interests and values. What we're looking for; - Degree-level qualification in Business Management or a business-related field (to be achieved by September 2025) - Great communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn What's next?
