Job Description Summary New Business Development Manager / Account Executive Remote or Hybrid - UK or Dublin based Tech / Payments Industry This role drives the company’s success through a hunter mentality, focused on securing new business and growing existing accounts. As a consultative sales professional, the BDM/AE is responsible for identifying customer needs, aligning them with the company’s solutions, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Job Expectations: Proactively pursue and close new sales opportunities Expand the client portfolio in the UK and Ireland Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers Align client objectives with company solutions across various industries Maximize customer ROI and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities Overcome objections and drive value-based conversations Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve processes Bring innovative ideas and ensure post-sales success Ideal Candidate: 10-15+ years in software (SaaS) or complex solutions sales Eligible to work in the UK or Ireland Understanding of Payments and/or FinTech Industry Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business development Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple accounts Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills Resourceful in overcoming sales barriers and driving results A team player who draws top talent and fosters a collaborative environment Looking forward to your CV!
