You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and skilled at balancing client needs with internal agency processes.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, building strong relationships to understand their business goals, needs, and expectations.Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations and insights to help clients meet their marketing objectives.Ensure consistent, proactive communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.Project Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, analytics) to ensure the timely and successful execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Coordinate client approvals and manage revisions to ensure smooth project workflows.Campaign Strategy & PlanningProblem Solving & Conflict Resolution:Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and work with internal teams to find effective solutions quickly.Proactively anticipate potential challenges and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.Qualifications:3+ years of client management experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.Strong understanding of full-stack marketing services (digital, creative, traditional, social, and content marketing).Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas and strategies to clients.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Proficiency with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships across departments.Experience managing marketing budgets and timelines.Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.If you’re a client-focused professional with a passion for marketing and a track record of delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team!This role requires strong client management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, all of which are essential in a full-stack marketing agency environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and interest in the role.
