Enthusiastic, personable and proactive, Junior Executive Assistant needed to work at a dynamic firm in the heart of London.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in an involved team at a leading boutique Investment Bank, working with your MD and another assistant, absorbing any overflow duties - you will be at the heart of the teams' daily operations, with duties including:
- Detailed diary management
- Organising travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, trains, and cars
- Covering the phones, taking messages and handling calls
- Faxing, scanning and copying documents
- Printing and binding presentations
- Keeping accurate filing
- Preparation of marketing materials and couriering
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Setting up conference calls and video conferences by liaising with IT
- Processing monthly expenses
- Welcoming clients and visitors and providing refreshments
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
- Be visible in the office to help with any adhoc duties.
