Job Description Director of Clinical Services Salary: £55,000 - £59,000 Full-Time, 40 hours Per Week Our client, a dedicated hospital, is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join their team. About you Clinical Registration: Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities with a valid NMC PIN Management Experience: Proven management experience in a hospital environment Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate effective teamwork and problem-solving. Organisational Ability: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to operate effectively in a clinical, academic, and operational environment. Resilience and Proactivity: Resilient, proactive, and able to maintain personal credibility while driving forward service objectives. About the Role: Leadership in Care: Lead by example to uphold and promote high standards of clinical care across the hospital. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the hospital in collaboration with the Hospital Director. Staff Development: Promote professional development and clinical training among staff, ensuring comprehensive care and support planning. Nurse Supervision: Manage and supervise registered nurses, ensuring they maintain high-quality standards of care. Assurance: Conduct clinical audits and prepare reports to monitor performance and outcomes. Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and caregivers, fostering a supportive environment.
