We are working together to source an excellent and proven Chef Director to lead the next phase of the expansion and tighten the existing offering in all areas within food and back of house.This will require a top candidate with proven experience and expertise in improving food offerings in a premium high-volume group or multi outlet hotel. Someone with a deep knowledge of the industry and can hit the ground running to focus on elevating menus and rigorous back of house standards.Someone who understands the full growth cycle of a food business and has a proven track record of developing teams, systems, and processes to ensure success.The candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to travel frequently, with up to 10 overnight stays per month. They can be based anywhere within the UK but must be ready to immerse themselves in the business.This role demands someone who can elevate the food offering to create a great all-around experience, understanding that GP is not king and that the brand and its reputation are paramount.
