We specialise establishing clear pathways to campaign growth and working with our clients to achieve ultimate success through building strong relationships.Job Description:We’re looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple accounts across key paid media channels, with performance KPIs associated with them. You will have experience with a range of sectors, targets and budget sizes.Alongside the rest of the team you will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of Paid Search & Paid Social channels. You will analyse and understand client campaign performance, working alongside our senior paid media managers to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. You will help our clients and their campaigns to reach their full potential by understanding their business mechanics, proactively supporting their expansion and increasing overall success through your relationship with them. You will have an understanding of attribution windows, and how varying views can highlight different areas of opportunity in your clients marketing mix.We’re a fast moving agency and are looking for someone with the motivation to grow their own learnings of paid media, and take their account management to the next level. The success of this role is measure through client growth, retention & expansion.We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent written & verbal communication skills and proficient understanding of Excel and other Microsoft programmes. In order to excel in the role, the candidate should take ownership of their own learning and development alongside supporting the existing team.Key elements of the role include:Experience of managing campaigns across all of the key paid media channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok etc.)Interpreting, delivering and analysing a clients key performance metrics month to monthClient relationshipAnalysis of campaign performance at a granular level, beyond the first KPI. Reporting back on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and driving the clients strategy forward based on data-driven resultsThis includes in-platform analysis, so experience here is keyWorking with the Paid Media & Client Services team to drive client strategy forward to achieve goalsManaging clients’ monthly budgets and providing upcoming forecasts, including month end finance reportingUnderstanding client KPIs, identifying nuances of their services and finding new opportunity for growthCandidate requirements:Experience in Paid Media Account management role, working with budgets between £2,000 and £200,000 per month across key Paid Search and Paid Social channelsEducated to degree levelExcellent written and vocal communicationProficient in Microsoft with a particular focus on excelStrong interpersonal skills, and someone who thrives in team environmentsIndependent learner, who’s driven to develop themselves quicklySomeone who is comfortable working in fast paced, always on, start up environmentStrong interpersonal skills, who thrives in team environmentsGoogle Ads and Analytics certifications are encouragedExperience with data analysis and attributionBenefits include:Generous holiday allowance and extra days for length of service.Birthday day off, in addition to your holiday allowance.Competitive salary and bonus scheme.Company pension scheme.Opportunities for personal and professional development.Cycle to work scheme.Regular office socials and nights out.Hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office.
