Senior Consultant – Remote - Up to £60K We're partnering with a global consulting firm that specializes in the planning, implementation, and optimization of industry-leading sales performance management solutions. They are looking for a talented Senior Consultant to join their team and play a pivotal role in configuring and troubleshooting performance management solutions that meet client needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work across various industries in the UK and Europe, contributing to the success of their clients’ sales strategies. As a Senior Consultant, you will be the primary technical contact for clients, taking full ownership of the technical relationship and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions. You will work on configuring and troubleshooting complex systems, supporting live production environments, and guiding clients through the entire software implementation lifecycle— from requirements gathering to go-live. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and lead efforts in investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution. Key Responsibilities: Configure and troubleshoot complex solutions using SAP Incentive Management/Callidus. Own the design and delivery of technical solutions, collaborating with Solution Architects as needed. Develop comprehensive design and requirements documentation. Provide mentorship and share expertise with junior team members. Analyze complex tasks by breaking them down into manageable components. Demonstrate deep knowledge of sales performance management concepts and best practices. Adapt strategies when initial approaches are not effective. Monitor project progress and allocate efforts where they are most needed. Assist in creating project work plans, including task sequencing and effort estimation. Requirements: 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience. 3+ years of recent experience in advanced configuration of SAP Incentive Management/Callidus. Advanced skills in Excel and other spreadsheet software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Benefits: Supplemental health insurance. Travel insurance. 8% pension matching.
