Outstanding opportunity to join this fast paced, rapidly growing and market leading PropTech business, focusing on converting inbound leads into sales. We're looking for someone from the PropTech sector with a strong understanding of whose who in the UK estate agency market as well as the associated SaaS based ProTech products across the market. You'll be a natural networker, adept at building relationships and converting leads into subscription sales. You'll need the following skills and experience: ~18 months+ experience working in PropTech ~ Strong software/SaaS sales and business development experience ~ A proven track record hitting and exceeding sales targets ~ In depth awareness of a variety of PropTech products ~ Extensive knowledge of the UK estate agency market with a black book' of contacts ~ Experience converting inbound leads as well as generating leads ~ Experience demonstrating tech products both virtually and in person ~ Experience managing sales activity with a CRM ~ Ability to target and build long term relationships with decision makers ~ A self-starter with a confident manner and outstanding communication skills £40k-£45k basic (OTE £75k, uncapped) + benefits. London (90% remote) + travel
