Production Operatives, Wincanton, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm £11.50ph or 2pm - 10:30pm £12.00ph, Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join a dynamic and growing company in Wincanton. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality spices and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow production guidelines to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Accurately and efficiently pack finished products.
• Operate machinery with care and precision, including lifting 25kg bags.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe.

We are looking for a skilled Production Operative with a proven track record in manufacturing, preferably within the food industry. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role.
