You'll help your colleaguesmaintain high standards, all while driving a culture of safety andinclusivity on your site.

- Manage your team on-site, whilstregularly collaborating with other teams across the company
- Use internal reporting tools to analyse data reportsand root causes that provide leadership with the information theyneed to make safety related decisions
- Provide guidanceand arrangements for health and safety projects and policies
- Drive programmes designed to improve the safetyculture in Amazon.

This is an extremely varied role based at one of oursites, allowing you to directly contribute to many aspects of oursafety culture. You will manage health and safety standards whileimproving functionality and efficiency. You'll also manage yourteam and help them implement changes in response to employeefeedback or seize opportunities to continuously make processimprovements.
Your role is instrumental inkeeping employees safe, managing their satisfaction, andsupervising their wellbeing and productivity. You'll step in andtake ownership of health and safety to foster a culture thatrevolves around operating safely.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to anNVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level
- Relevant experience managinga team
- Relevant experience complying with local Healthand Safety legislation
- Advanced proficiency in verbaland written English
