As a key player in the team, you'll use your deep knowledge of Dynamics CE and Power Platform to drive success on critical projects for enterprise customers. What You'll Do: Lead and manage delivery teams on high-profile D365 projects, helping clients optimize their business functions. Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, configuring their Dynamics CRM/D365 system to deliver seamless solutions. Provide expert advice on development best practices and integration processes. Oversee configuration, data migration, and end-to-end testing of tailored solutions. Deliver hands-on end-user training and provide ongoing coaching to ensure customer success. Design, customize, and rigorously test Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Engage in pre-sales activities, understanding customer challenges and demonstrating solution value to win new business. Maintain daily communication with customers and project managers to ensure smooth project progression from start to finish. What You Bring: Extensive experience with D365 CE, Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems A proven ability to manage customer relationships and facilitate stakeholder meetings. Strong skills in designing D365 CE solutions that meet complex business needs within sectors like Public Services. Expertise in creating documentation, testing, and validating both functional and technical aspects of D365 solutions.
