Food & Beverage Manager

This well-appointed four-star hotel are currently looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the hotels management team. This 40 bedroom hotel boast an accolade award winning restaurant, bar/lounge and terrace areas (for the summer months). As well as a busy and popular events and banqueting business. As Food and Beverage Manager you will report directly into the General Manager and take responsibility for everything from afternoon tea, fine dining restaurant, and meetings, events and functions. Working with a team of Managers and supervisors to develop and manage a team of full and part-timers throughout the department. For this Food and Beverage Managers role you must have worked to a similar level in a four star hotel environment for at least two years.
