Lead Software Developer – Bristol (Onsite) Salary: Up to £70K (DOE) We are seeking a Lead/Senior Software Developer with at least three years of experience in a senior role to join our client in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# Visual Studio, with additional experience in C or C++ being a plus. Benefits: Competitive base salary up to £70K 25 days of holiday Pension scheme (5%) 6-hour workdays with a 90-minute lunch break This is a fully onsite position, so applicants must be within commuting distance of the Bristol office. Role Responsibilities: Develop large-scale applications using C# Lead the migration from Visual Studio C++ to C# Create a streamlined web-based version of the application Manage a small team of Web Developers during the migration process Deliver high-quality software within tight deadlines Skills Required: Proficiency in C# Experience coding in Visual Studio Minimum three years of senior-level experience Familiarity with C, C++, and .NET is desirable If you’re an experienced C# Developer with leadership experience and are located in the Bristol area, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company.
