The result is distinctly graphic defined by precision cuts, craftsmanship and a signature look of sophistication.THE POSITIONThe Returns Operative will work to ensure accurate and on time processing of all returns. They will prioritise items which can be returned to stock and support the Customer Service department by flagging where returns conditions have not been respected, to protect brand integrity.It is vital that we not only ensure that all returns are processed promptly and correctly, but that we make customer satisfaction a priority.Solace London is going through an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for a self-starter who is passionate about luxury fashion, to join us on this journey.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES·       Receiving customer returns, unpacking items, and verifying returns paperwork.·       Inspecting all returned goods to ensure they have been returned correctly and in accordance with our terms and conditions.·       Processing customer returned orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet targets always ensuring accuracy.·       Working with the Customer Service team to notify them of any returned items showing evidence of use, providing photos, and setting these items to one side.·       Steaming, folding, re-packaging, and re-labelling items that can be sent back to our warehouse.·       Providing and maintaining accurate records of stock movements daily, whilst prioritising the saleability of stock. ·       Maintaining exceptional housekeeping and preparation of work area to ensure efficiency and maximum productivity throughout your working day.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE / BE• Exceptional attention to detail with a logical approach to work as well as being tidy, organised & efficient.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• The ability to work alone as well as in a team setting.• Passionate about doing a great job and take personal ownership for achieving your targets.• Reliable and have an excellent track record for time keeping and attendance.• Previous work in a warehouse or fulfilment environment would be good but not essential.• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills preferable.• Fluent in English.
