Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Housing

This residential housebuilder are looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage a number of sites across the East Midlands - most notably Leicester, Nottingham and Coventry.

You will need to be comfortable managing housebuilding sites of up to 65 plots and be comfortable managing all commercial aspects whilst supporting the commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and busy housebuilder. This is an immediate position for the right person.
