Housing Manager

I am currently working with one of my long term clients in the South West region looking to onboard a Housing Manager to join their service on a temporary basis. Role Profile for the Housing Manager position: Experience supporting a team of 10-20 Area Housing Officers and Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers. Tenancy case management is essential, including experience dealing with complex cases and understanding of tenancy law. Neighbourhood Enforcement Team (NET) experience desirable .
