Estate Surveyor

Are you an experienced Estate Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity with a well-established and reputable brand? Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with our client, in supporting them in the search for an Estate Surveyor , to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is based in the New Forest. Reporting into a dedicated and knowledgeable Director of Estate, you will be responsible for assisting with all matters of land management. Some of your duties will include: Maximising outcomes from Stewardship schemes across the estate Working with colleagues on improving the sustainability Managing all documentation regarding land-based tenancies including rent reviews Maintaining records on Landmarks Identifying opportunities fordevelopmenton the Estate Assisting the Resident Agent with all aspects of Health & Safety and environmental issues Liaising with external contacts and fielding queries To be successful in the role, you will ideally have recent experience working in a similar position and hold a RICS or CAAV qualification along with a Degree in Rural Estate Management or similar. Candidates at the end of their studies will also be considered. As an individual you will be an excellent communicator, used to managing varying workloads at any given time and flexible in your approach.
